When you sign up, we add your system to our scheduling software. About 30 days before your tune-up window, you'll get a text or email asking what day works for you. Pick a day, we show up. That's it - no remembering, no tracking dates, no calendar reminders. The software does the work.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
No. Eagle Care Plan renews annually. You can cancel any time - we'll refund the unused portion of your year if you've only used one of two tune-ups. We earn your renewal each year by doing the job right.
What if I have multiple systems?
Each system needs its own plan (the work is per-system). We discount multi-system households - usually 20% off the second system, 25% off the third. We confirm pricing at sign-up.
Does the plan cover repairs?
It covers tune-ups, not repairs - but members get 15-20% off all repair parts and labor, and pay no after-hours surcharge ever. Most members come out way ahead in repair savings alone.
What does a tune-up actually include?
Full 28-point inspection: refrigerant levels, electrical components, capacitors, contactor, coil cleaning, drain line flush, blower performance, thermostat calibration, ductwork visual check, filter swap, and a full system performance test with readings written down on a report we email you.
Can I switch plans mid-year?
Yes - upgrade from Care Club to Care Club Plus any time, we just bill the difference. Downgrades take effect at next renewal.
