Cool That Garage, Addition, or Sunroom Without Tearing Up Your House.
Mini-splits are the smartest way to add cooling to a space that doesn't have ductwork - garages, additions, in-law suites, sunrooms, converted attics. Quiet, efficient, and we install most systems in a single day.

Why ductless makes sense
No ductwork? No problem. (And often, no need.)
Adding central AC to a space without existing ductwork means tearing into walls, soffits, and attics - then sealing it all back up. Mini-splits skip the demolition. Two small refrigerant lines through one tidy 3-inch hole, mounted unit on the wall, done.
For new construction, additions, garage conversions, and any room your existing AC can't reach properly, this is the right tool. We size, design, and install Mitsubishi, Daikin, and Fujitsu systems - the brands we trust to last 15+ years in Florida humidity.
Single-zone systems for one room - typically installed in a day
Multi-zone systems for 2-8 rooms with independent thermostats per zone
SEER ratings up to 38 - the most efficient cooling we install
Heat pump versions handle Florida winters without backup heat
If your central AC has a spot it just can't keep up with - or you're adding square footage - a mini-split usually fixes it without touching the existing system.
Garage conversions and workshop spaces
Sunrooms, screened porches, Florida rooms
Mother-in-law suites and apartment additions
Converted attics and bonus rooms
Detached structures - pool houses, sheds, ADUs
Server rooms and home offices that need precise temps
Single-zone systems usually run $3,500-$5,500 installed depending on capacity and brand. Multi-zone systems for 3-4 rooms typically run $8,000-$14,000. We give you a flat written quote after a free in-home assessment - no guessing.
How long does installation take?
Single-zone: most done in a single day. Multi-zone with 3+ heads: 1-2 days depending on the building. We coordinate the whole project including any minor electrical work needed.
Do mini-splits really work in Florida humidity?
Yes - they're actually better at humidity control than most central systems because the indoor units cycle more gently and pull moisture out as they run. We install Mitsubishi and Daikin units rated for Florida's climate.
Will my electric bill go up?
For an unconditioned space (like a garage), of course - any cooling adds load. But mini-splits are the most efficient cooling on the market. Many of our customers see lower bills overall because they stop running the central AC harder to compensate for hot rooms.
Can a mini-split replace my central AC?
For some homes, yes - especially smaller floor plans or homes that already have hot/cold rooms. We'd do a free walkthrough to tell you straight whether it makes sense or whether central AC is still the right call.
