When the AC is out in Florida, every hour is misery for kids, pets, and anyone who works from home. We dispatch from Gainesville and try to be on every emergency call within 2-4 hours. Even non-emergency repairs we typically handle the day you call - and the brothers personally rotate through after-hours calls so the line is always answered by someone who can dispatch a truck.

Our techs are paid hourly, not on commission, so they have zero incentive to invent repairs you don't need. We give you a flat written quote before any work begins. If we recommend a major repair, we explain WHY - and we'll always tell you if your system is at the point where replacement makes more financial sense than another repair.
Most common repairs run $150-$650. Capacitors are the cheapest (~$200 with diagnostic), compressors are the most expensive (often $1,500-$2,500 - at which point we'd usually suggest considering a replacement). We give you a written flat-rate quote before any work, every time.
Rule of thumb: if the repair quote is more than half the cost of a new system AND your unit is over 10 years old, replacement usually makes more sense. We'll always tell you straight - we'd rather lose a single repair sale than have you sink money into a dying system.
Don't. Shut it off and call us - leaking water is usually a clogged drain line that will continue dumping water onto your floor or ceiling until cleared. It's a quick fix but the longer you run it, the more damage to drywall and flooring.
$99 standard diagnostic. Eagle Care Plan members get diagnostics included, period.
Same-day AC repair, no overtime fees, real Schwartz brothers on the line.
